At 77 Legacy Limited we recognize that success will only be achieved with the support of every employee. Our focus is on providing a process and tools to ensure we all take responsibility for our subcontracs, customers and communities where we operate. We require suppliers to uphold the same standards. Requirements involving work or services to be performed on any construction site shall be submitted by the originator to the field office Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) division for review and coordination.
ESH reviews procedures and processes expected to be utilized during contract performance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and proper handling of hazardous material and hazardous waste, as well as, to ensure proper personnel safety. ESH shall ensure that any specific subcontractor requirements, such as OSHA electrical safety compliance and certification, and environmental compliance and stewardship are included in the statement of work.
